Each course is designed to delight, with the option to elevate your experience by adding a perfectly paired wine flight. It’s a night made for lingering conversations, candlelit moments, and exceptional food and wine.

First Course

Wine Pairing: SOM Brut NV

Oysters Rockefeller - Oyster on the half shell, baby spinach, fresh herb butter, ancient grain bread crumbs

Charcuterie - Chef’s selection of cured meats and gourmet cheeses, house jams, stone-ground mustard, ancient grain crostini 

Baked Goat Cheese Tart - Fig, walnuts, caramelized shallots, red wine reduction 

Second Course

Wine Pairing: SOM Sauvignon Blanc 2023

White Wine Poached Pear Salad - Shaved turnip, mixed greens, creamy sauvignon blanc vinaigrette

French Onion Soup - Black emmer crostini, gruyère  

Third Course

Tenderloin Filet - Espresso and cocoa crusted tenderloin, sweet potato soufflé, roasted carrots, chocolate port demi (Wine Pairing: Chandler Hill Cabernet 2022)

Chilean Sea Bass - Pistachio cream, purple cauliflower risotto (Wine Pairing: SOM Chardonnay 2022) 

Wild Mushroom Wellington - Toasted Walnuts, cider onions, port wine reduction (Wine Pairing: SOM Pinot Noir 2022)

Fourth Course

Chocolate Raspberry Lava Cake - (Wine Pairing: FOV Port NV)

Maple Crème Brûlée - (Wine Pairing: Chandler Hill White Port NV)
