From intimate indoor settings to open-air celebrations, our venue offers a variety of ceremony and reception locations. Ceremonies on our deck provide stunning views of the vineyard and rolling hills, the dreamiest spot to say “I do”. Our receptions fit up to 250 guests when utilizing our tasting room and covered deck. All enhanced by our chef-curated catering, which elevates every celebration with thoughtfully crafted menus designed to impress.

VENDORS WE LOVE

Morning weddings are available for 100 guests or fewer, offering an intimate and refined celebration. Ceremony begins at 10 am, where you’ll exchange vows against a serene vineyard backdrop illuminated by the soft glow of morning light. The day continues with a thoughtfully catered buffet, creating a relaxed yet elegant dining experience. At 11 am, the venue opens to the public, adding a lively, welcoming energy as the day unfolds and even a chance to dance to live music. This timeless and graceful option seamlessly blends into the vibrant atmosphere of the vineyard.

BROOKE MILLER

Director of Events

Brooke fell in love with Chandler Hill after hosting her storybook wedding here in May 2021, and joined our team in May 2022.

As a wedding expert, she loves helping couples plan their dream day and ensuring a stress-free, unforgettable celebration with the support of our experienced event team.

When she’s not creating magical weddings, Brooke enjoys Cardinals and Blues games, traveling, rom-coms, Mexican food, and spending time with her husband Brandon, son Bennett, and pup Kevin.

She can’t wait to meet you and show you everything Chandler Hill has to offer!

EMILY FLEENER

Event Coordinator

Emily grew up in the St. Louis area with a lifelong love for organizing, planning, and thoughtful design. She attended the University of Arkansas, graduating with a degree in Communications & Hospitality Management (Woo Pig!), and spent five years in Northwest Arkansas before returning home to begin her career.

Emily was married in September 2024 to her husband Luke, and they have an adorable golden retriever puppy named Bee! She loves discovering new restaurants, traveling, and all things aesthetic.

Emily is passionate about weddings and takes pride in her attention to detail, ensuring each couple’s day is seamless, personal, and unforgettable.

Brooke grew up in O’Fallon, Missouri, and is happy to be back after college to explore a new path in the same area!

She joined our team in August 2024 and has loved seeing each couple’s dream come to life. She has always enjoyed planning smaller events for friends and family, but is excited to learn from being a part of such incredible and important occasions on a bigger scale.

In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors, cooking, going on roadtrips, and spending time with her friends, family, and pets.

Brooke looks forward to helping you create memorable moments that will last a lifetime!
