Enjoy a romantic dinner at Chandler Hill Vineyards! 

Executive Chef Michael Brewer and our culinary team have created a special menu, pairing everyone's two favorite things: wine and chocolate!

Chef Brewer's menu is filled with delicious chocolate-inspired dishes that pair elegantly with a sommelier-selected wine pairing for each course.

The full five-course menu is below.

FIRST COURSE
Bruschetta-Grilled Crostini
topped with prosciutto, arugula, chopped walnuts, feta, and a beet-melon salsa drizzled with a dark chocolate balsamic reduction and honey

SECOND COURSE
Strawberry and Fennel Salad
served over spinach topped with sunflower seeds, cacao nibs, red onion, and goat cheese with a hot bacon vinaigrette

THIRD COURSE
Corvina Sea Bass
marinated in miso and dusted in cocoa powder over a lemon herb cous-cous with fresh cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, golden raisins, toasted pistachios, and mint topped with a miso brown butter sauce

FOURTH COURSE
Surf and Turf
4 oz. Maine lobster topped with a margarita hollandaise and a 6 oz. bacon wrapped sirloin filet finished with a Diane sauce, served with gorgonzola and chive Pommes Duchesse and Sicilian style tri-color cauliflower

FIFTH COURSE
Salted Caramel Chocolate Torte
with crushed peanuts, sea salt, drizzled with a rum caramel sauce accompanied by pistachio gelato
