This Valentine's Day, we're presenting a romantic dinner pairing everyone's two favorite things: Wine and Chocolate! Each glorious course features an innovative chocolate-integrated dish as well as a sommelier-selected wine pairing!

Menu:

Jamon and Strawberry Carpaccio topped with Arugula, Colombian Cacao Nibs, Sunflower Seeds, French Camembert, and Fresh Mint Drizzled in a White Poppy Seed Dressing

Herb-Crusted Halibut topped with a White Chocolate Beurre Blanc served with a Pistachio and Goat Cheese Risotto and SMoked Purple Asparagus

Dry-Aged Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail topped with a Cognac Truffle Cream Sauce and Hollandaise served with Roasted Garlic Pommes Duchesse and Sauteed Pancetta Mustard Greens

Paris-Brest filled with Milk Chocolate Praline Mousseline topped with Toasted Almonds
