December 31: New Year's Eve Celebration

Ring in the New Year at Chandler Hill with a dinner, open bar, live music, and fireworks on the deck!

The evening will begin with a four-course meal from Executive Chef Bill Cawthon. Then, we'll move while we shift the dining room into a dance floor with live music! From then on we'll dance the night away until the fireworks begin at 10 p.m.

Each couple receives a chilled bottle of our sparkling brut to take home for a midnight toast!

Select open bar included- wine, Perennial draught beer, domestic bottles, and our middle tier liquor. 

Menu:

First course: Oyster with horseradish apple granita, smoked salmon and chive mousse cone, and a blini with creme fraiche and caviar. 

Second course: Frizze with a poached egg, pickled shallots, Dijon vinaigrette, fine herbs, and bacon lardons.

Third course: Filet Mignon with green beans and dauphinoise potato. 

Fourth course: Butterscotch pot de creme with a hazelnut crumb
