Sep 13: Around the World Wine Dinner

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

$100/person, $80/CHV Wine Club. Price not including tax/gratuity. $50 deposit required.

Our culinary team has curated a trip "Around the World" at Chandler Hill Vineyards. This event will feature food and wine from 5 different countries: Italy, France, Spain, United States, and South Africa.

Each station will feature a dish from the corresponding country, as well as, a red and a white wine. We will also have a dessert station for everyone to enjoy.

DETAILS 
This event will not be done in our standard sit down format. Guests will be able to move freely to enjoy the food and wine at their own pace. All guests will have a passport they can have stamped at each station for a chance to win gift at the end of the event.

FOOD STATIONS / MENU 
ITALY
Duck Confit Ravioli – seared crimini jus with green apple chutney
Risotto – roasted butternut squash, rosemary risotto, crispy pancetta

FRANCE
Crepes – beet-orange zest crepes, crab and arugula filling, toasted almond brown butter
Lamb chops – grilled lollipop lamb chop, roasted cherry demi

SOUTH AFRICA
Bobotie – curried lamb and beef with a rich egg custard
Potjie – rich stew of chicken, root vegetables and mushrooms

SPAIN
Empanadas – beef, olives and golden raisin filling with a sofrito jam
Tomatillo Toast – ancho crostini, tomatillo marmalade, serrano ham, shaved Manchego

UNITED STATES
Wagyu Slider – Wagyu beef slider with Tillamook cheddar and marionberry ketchup.
Softshell Crab Po’boy– Softshell crab po’boy, micro greens, heirloom tomatoes, red pepper remoulade

Doors open at 6 p.m. & dinner begins at 7 p.m.
