Second course:

“Insalata di barbabietole e carote”

Beet and carrot salad, arugula, watermelon radish,

toasted almonds, goat cheese, clementine, burnt fennel

and citrus vinaigrette

Third course:

“Ravioli all’aragusta”

Lobster ravioli with lemon tarragon crème, fennel,

peas

Fourth course:

“Ragu di maiale”

Pork ragu, gnocchi, tomato, garlic, cream

Fifth course:

“Zucchero di canna e panna cotta al caffe espresso”

Brown sugar and espresso panna cotta with flaky sea salt
