April 16: Around the World Wine Dinner: Asia Pacific

For our next Around the World Wine Dinner, we head to the Asia Pacific region!

Our culinary team has wanted to take guests on a culinary journey through Asia and the Pacific Islands for awhile now, so we're thrilled to finally present this four-course wine-paired dinner.

The dinner will feature four exceptional courses along with two wine pairings from our American wine portfolio.

We also  plan to include sake and soju with one of the courses.

APPETIZER
Kalua Pork Tostada topped with a mango salsa

FIRST COURSE
Pla Neung Menow steamed fish in a spicy lime sauce

SECOND COURSE
Filipino Chicken Adobo served with white rice and sauteed mustard greens

THIRD COURSE
Chinese-Style Spare Ribs with sesame soy slaw and forbidden rice

DESSERT
Matcha Roll with Adzuki Bean Cream topped with a drunken grilled pineapple\
