» How can I book a tour?
You can schedule a tour through our website on our calendly link, linked also here!
» How many guests does the venue hold?
We can hold up to 250 guests for ceremony and reception!
» How early can the wedding party arrive?
The wedding party can arrive as early as 11 a.m. to get ready in our bridal and groom rooms upstairs. If you need to arrive any earlier than 11 a.m., it is a $250 per hour fee. If you book the additional hour/s this will also include breakfast!
» How can I book the venue for my date?
Let us know and we will send you a contract to sign and pay the $3,000 deposit digitally. Once those two tasks are completed your date with us is booked!
» Do I meet with someone prior to the event?
Yes, you will have a 4–6-month meeting with our Event Manager. This includes a tasting of our delicious food options and a detail meeting. Then, you will have a one month out meeting with us prior to your date to go over all the final details!
» Can we rehearse at Chandler Hill?
Absolutely! A one-hour rehearsal is included and will take place the day before your wedding from 4-5 p.m. Your day-of coordinator will coordinate the rehearsal as well. This is also when you can bring in your own personal décor, so you do not have to worry about it on wedding day!
» Is a day-of coordinator included on our wedding day?
Yes, you will have a day-of coordinator from when you arrive till when the open dance floor starts.
» Can we bring in our own vendors?
Yes! We do have a preferred vendor list that we will provide you at our tour, but they are not mandatory.
» Are pets allowed?
Of course! We are dog-friendly and would love to meet your pups.
» Will you hold my date?
We can hold a date for free for a week! If you do not book your date within a week your date with us is no longer on hold.
» What is the payment schedule?
To book with us it is a $3,000 deposit that goes towards your wedding. Then, six months prior to your wedding we have five $1,000 monthly installments and three weeks prior to your wedding date is when the final payment is due. The final payment is also when the guest count, food and beverage options are required.
» What time does ceremony start and reception end?
The ceremony starts promptly at 6 p.m. and the reception ends at 11 p.m. We will go over a mock timeline on our tour together!
» What time can we begin setting up?
We close to the public at 5 p.m. and flip the entire venue from 5 to 5:45 p.m. Yes, you heard that right! The CHV team has flipped the winery for hundreds of weddings and we are experts on getting your event ready before your ceremony begins, no matter how busy we may have been during lunch service. We also set up all of your personal décor!
» Tear down?
When leaving we do ask that family and friends help tear personal décor down, pack up into vehicles and take home that evening. If you wish, Chandler Hill will do the heavy lifting for a $500 charge for tear down night-of. If need be, you can come pick up your personal décor the next morning before we open to the public.
» What is included in the rental?
We provide tables, chairs, flatware, china, glassware, linens, napkins, chargers firepits, string lights, heaters and fans!
» Do you have hotels in the area?
We have many hotels within 15-20 minutes on our vendor list and some also provide shuttle service.
