What time can we begin setting up?
We close to the public at 5:00pm and flip the entire venue from 5:00 until 5:45. Yes, you heard that right! The Chandler Hill team has flipped the winery for hundreds of weddings and we are experts on getting your event ready before your ceremony begins, no matter how busy we may have been during lunch service.
What is included in the rental?
We provide all tables, chairs, flatware, china, glassware, linens, napkins, chargers, firepits, string lights, heaters and fans. We do have candles and some additional decor for rent.
Do you have hotels in the area?
We have many hotels within 15-20 minutes on our vendor list that also provide shuttle services.
Which vendors do you work with?
You are welcome to use any vendors you wish, but we will share our preferred list with you on your wedding tour!
Set up and tear down?
The Chandler Hill event manager and team will set up all the decorations before the wedding beings and will direct all vendors. When leaving we do ask that family and friends do help to tear decor down, pack up into vehicles, and take home that night. If you wish, Chandler Hill will do the heavy lifting for a $500.00 charge for tear down night-of.
When Can I bring decor?
We like to have decor here at the rehearsal so we can go over all the final touches.
