April 14: Old World Wine Dinner

Executive Chef Brewer and Wine Director Charles Miller have carefully curated a dinner that will allow you to take a journey around the world with us.
1st Course: French- Escargot and morel mushroom vol au vent
2nd Course: Lebanon- Fattoush Salad- radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers, pomegranate, red onion, parsley, mint, and green onion over gem lettuce with fried pita and a pomegranate vinaigrette.
3rd Course: Spain- Hake served with chorizo and baby new potatoes with samphire topped with mojo verde and radish micro greens
4th Course: Germany- Beef Cheeks braised in red wine served over sauerkraut accompanied by a traditional hot German potato salad
5th Course: Romania- Papanasi topped with a cream cheese glaze and a blueberry compote
Doors open at 6:30 and dinner begins promptly at 7.
