Join us for a very special evening featuring our own winemaker, Michael Kennedy, and his entire portfolio of wines from California, Oregon, Washington, and Bordeaux. The wines are quite simply stunning and are the result of collaborations with the world's greatest winemakers and vignerons. Our culinary team has put together an exquisite menu that will challenge your senses and pair perfectly with Michael's wines.

Due to the limited nature of these wines, reservations are limited.

Tuna poke over spiralized cucumber and daikon radish, topped with a peach creme fraiche

Mushroom Bao Bun stuffed with Oregon Brown Beech and King Trumpet mushrooms, on a bed of sauteed bok choy and truffle-hoisin reduction

Braised beef short ribs, celery root-potato mash, roasted heirloom carrots

Spring Creek Farm Lamb Loin Chop with anchovy, sage, rosemary, & thyme served with a roasted medley of Roma tomatoes, pattypan squash, and cipollini onions. 

After-dinner board: Chocolate Truffle, Local honeycomb, Blue Cheese
