Jan. 22: Around the World Wine Dinner: Italy

For our first Around the World Wine Dinner of 2021, we are heading back to Italy! This dinner will feature five courses of Italian fare along with two wine pairings: one from our American wine portfolio and one from Italy's finest regions.

First Course
Fritto Misto: calamari, shrimp, lemon, fennel, delicata squash, zucchini flowers

Second Course
Scungilli: stuffed shell, fresh scungilli, tomato ragu

Third Course
Veal Francese: seared veal cutlet, White wine-lemon cream, arugula, parmesan

Fourth Course
Chicken Cacciatore: traditional wine-braised chicken, onion, tomato, red and yellow pepper, mushroom, pappardelle

Dessert
Hazelnut panna cotta, espresso ganache, luxardo cherry
