Tis the season for sparkling wine! Champagne, Prosecco, Sekt... we're celebrating the ultimate celebration beverage.

Executive Chef Michael Brewer &  Wine Director Charles Miller present five courses, each paired masterfully with a sparkling wine from around the world!


Oysters Two Ways - Oyster Rockefeller & Strawberry Champagne Mignonette Oysters.

Winter Salad - Kale and Arugula salad topped with sweet potato and butternut squash, spiced apples, pomegranates, candied hazelnuts and feta cheese topped with a lemon champagne vinaigrette.

Monkfish - Roasted monkfish served over a mint pea puree, topped with a lemon tarragon sabayon garnished bulls blood microgreen.

Porcini Encrusted Ribeye - Served over a white truffle mashed potato and roasted brussel sprouts with shallots, topped with a dark balsamic reduction.

Strawberry & White Chocolate Mascarpone Trifles - Crushed biscotti topped with macerated strawberries, white chocolate mascarpone and English toffee.
