'Tis the season....the season for Sparkling Wine! Champagne, Prosecco, Sekt, we're celebrating the ultimate celebration beverage. Executive Chef Michael Brewer and Wine Director Charles Miller will present five courses, each paired masterfully with a sparkling wine from around the world!


Potato Blini topped with Smoked Coho Salmon, Herb Creme Fraiche, Caviar, Dill, and a hardboiled Quail Egg

Rosé-Poached Spiced Pear and Goat Cheese Salad served over Arugula, Watercress, and Mustard Greens with Candied Pecans, Watermelon Radishes, and Dried Cherries topped with a Champagne Vinaigrette

Pistacchio and Pesto encrusted Red Snapper over Five Cheese-Truffle Israeli Couscous topped with Foie Gras Butter
